Nurse's Office
My name is Meredith Lippe and I am the full time nurse at Walnut Grove Elementary. I have been a nurse for 18 years, however this will be my fourth year at WGES. I am so excited to be serving the community in this role! My husband Ben and I have one dragons that attend Walnut Grove, Emma, and Palmer, who is attending Durham. Palmer is entering 5th grade and Emma will be entering 3rd grade.
I grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and I love anything to do with the beach, boating, and fried green tomatoes. I also enjoy playing tennis and watching my daughters in ballet.
My name is Katie Hargrove. I am the part-time nurse at Walnut Grove. This is my seventh year working at Walnut Grove. My husband Matt and I have four Dragons. Our oldest Townes (18) is a freshman at the University of Oklahoma. My Daughter Isla (15) is in 10th at Carroll High School. Janie (13) is in 7th grade at CMS. Rose (9) 1st grade at WGES.
Fun Fact: We’ve lived in St. louis, Chicago, Boston, Wisconsin, London and Riga (Latvia). Each one of our children were born in a different state or country. My husband served in the military and we were able to experience many cultures.
Weekends: During the weekend we spend our family time on the soccer field. All of our children play club level. An average weekend is 12 soccer games! I also enjoy long walks, yoga, and quiet time with my coffee!
